Contactless top-up stored-value card is valid for all tariff zones; it is permanent and can be transferred to other users.

When using a ticket in the highest tariff zone for which a particular transport is intended, the ticket is registered on the Carrier's device without selecting a zone, otherwise, before validation, the transport zone is selected by pressing the corresponding button on the device (1, 2 or 3), indicating the desired tariff zone.

Stored-value card can be used consecutively up to five (5) times in the same Carrier's vehicle for the same tariff zone, depending on the number of passengers who want to use the transport.

Using a stored-value card in the same zone and moving from the 2nd zone to the 1st zone within an hour entitles you to a free second ride.

Stored-value cards are topped-up according to the five tariff models listed in the Price List. Tickets are issued, topped up, and paid for in cash or through non-cash payment methods at the Carrier's sales points and partner locations (iNovine...).

All passengers have the right to a stored-value card.

The individual ticket can be purchased from the driver on the bus. One paper ticket can be bought for one to a maximum of five passengers. Payment can be made in cash or through non-cash methods, and the ticket is valid only for the specified tariff zone and one ride on the vehicle where it was purchased.

All passengers have the right to an individual travel ticket.

Depending on the place and method of purchase, the ticket is issued in paper or electronic form. The ticket can be used for 15 days from the date of purchase by scanning the ticket’s QR code on the validator when boarding the bus. The ticket is valid only for the tariff zone for which it was purchased and for one journey in the vehicle in which it was validated.

All passengers have the right to an individual QR code ticket.
