By decision of the City of Pula-Pola, the following are provided with the right to preferential public city transport in vehicles of the carrier Pulapromet d.o.o. using a contactless annual subscription card for the carrier's Zone I:
- Pensioners residing or domiciled in the city of Pula
- Persons over 65 years of age residing or domiciled in the city of Pula who do not receive a pension
- Social welfare beneficiaries residing or domiciled in the city of Pula who receive a guaranteed minimum allowance
The costs of producing the contactless annual card are charged according to the Pulapromet d.o.o. price list at the time of ticket issuance.
Pensioners, persons over 65 years of age, and social welfare beneficiaries exercise the right under this Decision by submitting an application at the Pulapromet d.o.o. ticket office.
The application must be accompanied by:
- Proof of residence in the city of Pula or
- Proof of domicile in the city of Pula for a period of at least one year from the date of ticket issuance
In addition, the following must be attached to the application:
Pensioners: Proof of the amount of the last received pension (domestic and/or foreign), i.e., the Pension Amount Decision issued by the competent authority, not older than 6 months
Persons over 65 years of age: A certificate of the amount of income and receipts issued by the Tax Administration
Social welfare beneficiaries: A certificate of the guaranteed minimum allowance issued by the Social Welfare Center
The travel card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
If Pulapromet d.o.o. determines that a travel card user in any way abuses the rights granted hereby, their travel card will be revoked, and the issuance of a new card to the same user will be denied.
