Contactless student monthly subscription cards are valid only for the passenger whose name they are issued under and who has the right to use it. The number of rides is unlimited.

They are issued upon payment by an individual or legal entity and are valid for the current month and the designated zone(s). A ticket purchased for a higher zone can be used in a lower zone.

At the initial issuance, it is necessary to visit the Carrier's sales point and present a personal identification document (ID card or passport), as well as submit a form from the Carrier verified by the relevant educational institution.

Ticket validity can be extended at the Carrier's point of sale, at the point of sale of contracted partners (iNovine and Tisak) and via Online shop.

Student monthly subscription pass is eligible for individuals who are regular students attending elementary, secondary, and vocational schools, as well as regular students of universities, academies, higher education institutions if they have enrolled in the current year's semester or if they are entitled to other student rights, including foreign students under specific conditions.

Part-time students, course participants, and individuals employed are not eligible for student monthly subscription pass.

Contactless student annual subscription cards are valid only for the passenger whose name they are issued under and who has the right to use it.

They are issued upon payment by an individual or legal entity and are valid from the first day of September until the last day of June in the school year, within the designated zones. Tickets purchased for a higher zone can also be used in a lower zone.

The initial issuance and every subsequent extension of the ticket's validity are conducted at the Carrier's sales point after the educational institution provides a verified list of students eligible for the annual student pass.

The right to the ticket is granted to individuals who are students of primary schools within the area covered by the transport services of the Carrier, according to the rules prescribed by the relevant Ministry of the Republic of Croatia.

By decision of the City of Pula all regular primary school students residing or domiciled in the city of Pula and attending primary schools in the city of Pula are granted the right to preferential and subsidized public city transport in vehicles of the carrier Pulapromet d.o.o. using a contactless monthly subscription card for the first (1st) zone of the carrier.

Primary school students are entitled to preferential public city transport with a reduced price of the monthly student subscription card compared to the regular ticket price:
• The price of a regular monthly student ticket is €18.60.
• The price of a preferential monthly student ticket is €13.00.

Primary school students also have an additional right to subsidized public city transport, and the preferential ticket is further subsidized:
• The additional subsidy for the preferential monthly student ticket is €13.00.
• The price of the preferential and subsidized ticket paid by the student is €0.00.

The right to preferential and subsidized public city transport is granted to students during the school year (including school holidays).

The costs of producing the contactless monthly card are charged according to the Pulapromet d.o.o. price list at the time of ticket issuance.

Students exercise the right under this Decision by submitting an application at the Pulapromet d.o.o. ticket office.

The application must be accompanied by proof of residence or domicile in the city of Pula and proof of regular student status at a primary school in the city of Pula.

If Pulapromet d.o.o. determines that a student, a user of the monthly student ticket, in any way abuses the rights granted hereby, their monthly ticket will be revoked, and the issuance of a ticket to the same student will be denied.

By decision of the City of Pula, all regular secondary school students residing or domiciled in the Štinjan settlement of the city of Pula and attending secondary schools in the city of Pula are granted the right to subsidized public city transport in vehicles of the carrier Pulapromet d.o.o. using a contactless monthly subscription card for the first (1st) zone of the carrier.

Secondary school students from Štinjan are entitled to subsidized public city transport under the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the criteria and method of financing the costs of public transport for regular secondary school students, through the Ministry of Science and Education, in the amount of 75% of the regular price of the monthly student subscription card:
• The price of a regular monthly student ticket is €38.00.
• The price of the subsidized ticket according to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia is €9.50.

Secondary school students from the Štinjan settlement also have an additional right to subsidized public city transport, and the already subsidized ticket is further subsidized:
• The additional subsidy for the already subsidized monthly student ticket is €9.50.
• The price of the subsidized and additionally subsidized ticket paid by the student is €0.00.

The right to subsidized public city transport under this Decision is granted to students during the school year (September – June). During school holidays (July and August), students are entitled to preferential and subsidized public city transport in accordance with the Decision for secondary school students from other city settlements of Pula.

The costs of producing the contactless monthly card are charged according to the Pulapromet d.o.o. price list at the time of ticket issuance.

Students exercise the right under this Decision by submitting an application at the Pulapromet d.o.o. ticket office.

The application must be accompanied by proof of residence or domicile in the Štinjan settlement of the city of Pula and proof of regular student status at a secondary school in the city of Pula.

If Pulapromet d.o.o. determines that a student, a user of the monthly student ticket, in any way abuses the rights granted hereby, their monthly ticket will be revoked, and the issuance of a ticket to the same student will be denied.

By decision of the City of Pula, all regular secondary school students residing or domiciled in the city of Pula (except the Štinjan settlement during the school year) and attending secondary schools in the city of Pula are granted the right to preferential and subsidized public city transport in vehicles of the carrier Pulapromet d.o.o. using a contactless monthly subscription card for the first (1st) zone of the carrier.

Secondary school students are entitled to preferential public city transport with a reduced price of the monthly student subscription card compared to the regular ticket price:
• The price of a regular monthly student ticket is €38.00.
• The price of the preferential ticket paid by the student is €13.00.

Secondary school students also have an additional right to subsidized public city transport, and the preferential ticket is further subsidized:
• The additional subsidy for the preferential monthly student ticket is €13.00.
• The price of the preferential and subsidized ticket paid by the student is €0.00.

The right to preferential and subsidized public city transport under this Decision is granted to students during the school year (including school holidays), except for students from the Štinjan settlement, who under this Decision exercise this right only during school holidays (July and August).

The costs of producing the contactless monthly card are charged according to the Pulapromet d.o.o. price list at the time of ticket issuance.

Students exercise the right under this Decision by submitting an application at the Pulapromet d.o.o. ticket office.

The application must be accompanied by proof of residence or domicile in the city of Pula and proof of regular student status at a secondary school in the city of Pula. If Pulapromet d.o.o. determines that a student, a user of the monthly student ticket, in any way abuses the rights granted hereby, their monthly ticket will be revoked, and the issuance of a ticket to the same student will be denied.

By decision of the City of Pula, all regular secondary school students who use another carrier and/or other forms of transport (bus, railway) to arrive in the city of Pula are granted the right to preferential public city transport in vehicles of the carrier Pulapromet d.o.o. using a contactless monthly subscription card for the first (1st) zone of the carrier.

Secondary school students are entitled to preferential public city transport with a reduced price of the monthly student subscription card compared to the regular ticket price:
• The price of a regular monthly student ticket is €38.00.
• The price of the preferential ticket paid by the student is €18.60.

The right to preferential public city transport is granted to students during the school year (September – June).

The costs of producing the contactless monthly card are charged according to the Pulapromet d.o.o. price list at the time of ticket issuance.

Students exercise the right under this Decision by submitting an application at the Pulapromet d.o.o. ticket office.

The application must be accompanied by proof of the right to use another means of transport to arrive in the city of Pula (student travel card or other appropriate document) and proof of regular student status at a secondary school in the city of Pula.

If Pulapromet d.o.o. determines that a student, a user of the monthly student ticket, in any way abuses the rights granted hereby, their monthly ticket will be revoked, and the issuance of a ticket to the same student will be denied.

By decision of the City of Pula, all regular students residing or domiciled in the city of Pula and attending faculties in the city of Pula are granted the right to preferential and subsidized public city transport in vehicles of the carrier Pulapromet d.o.o. using a contactless monthly subscription card for the first (1st) zone of the carrier.

Students are entitled to preferential public city transport with a reduced price of the monthly student subscription card compared to the regular ticket price:
• The price of a regular monthly student ticket is €18.60.
• The price of the preferential ticket paid by the student is €13.00.

Students also have an additional right to subsidized public city transport, and the preferential ticket is further subsidized:
• The additional subsidy for the preferential monthly student ticket is €13.00.
• The price of the preferential and subsidized ticket paid by the student is €0.00.

The right to preferential and subsidized public city transport is granted to students during the academic year (including academic holidays).

The costs of producing the contactless monthly card are charged according to the Pulapromet d.o.o. price list at the time of ticket issuance.

Students exercise the right under this Decision by submitting an application at the Pulapromet d.o.o. ticket office.

The application must be accompanied by proof of residence or domicile in the city of Pula and proof of regular student status at faculties in the city of Pula.

If Pulapromet d.o.o. determines that a student, a user of the monthly student ticket, in any way abuses the rights granted hereby, their monthly ticket will be revoked, and the issuance of a ticket to the same student will be denied.
